Potassium alginate is a salt of alginic acid. In the food industry it is used as a thickener and stabilizer in the production of ice cream, dairy products, jelly, and enriches products with organic potassium.

Application:

Pour 100 ml into 1 sachet. drinking water (1% solution), leave to swell for 40-60 minutes. Drink part of the resulting gel in the morning before meals, the other half before bedtime.
