Overview
Magnesium alginam from the Arkhangelsk Seaweed Plant is used to enrich food with organic magnesium, and also serves as an additional source of dietary fiber.

Composition:
Algina magnesium from the White Sea kelp
Energy value - 178 kJ (42.4 kcal)

Application:
Used to fortify foods with organic magnesium. In addition, magnesium alginate helps to maintain consistency and viscosity, as it is a stabilizer and thickener. For the preparation of desserts (jelly, jam, cream), pastries, sauces, 1-3% magnesium solution is used.

If you do not have any difficulty with taking a jelly-like substance, in this case, we recommend taking Magnesium Alginate with a course according to the following scheme. Pour 100 ml into 1 sachet. drinking water (1% solution), leave to swell for 40-60 minutes. Drink part of the resulting gel in the morning before meals, the other half before bedtime. The course is on average 30 days, depending on the individual needs of the body.
When combined with potassium alginate, it must be taken separately with a difference of 12 hours.
